Once your order has been placed, you may ask to cancel and receive a full refund. However, if we have pushed through your order to the printing facility, no refund will be issued as there is no way to stop the process once it begins.
We will ship to the provided address. We do not take responsibility if we are provided the wrong address and you do not receive your order or it's returned to sender.
For damaged, lost, or incorrect orders, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- An image of the problem (i.e. damaged book/s)
- Whether you'd like a replacement or a refund
